Conversation #8: Church Is Not For Spectators

We gather in a dark room with comfortable stadium seating in front of a massive screen, and everything about our environment shouts: "sit and watch." Yet "sit and watch" is not an approach that leads to spiritual growth or fulfillment. Jesus calls each of us off the couch and into His mission to build a better world. That means we all need to step up to live, love, and build together.
